Return & Refund Policy

Sales are made by a private individual. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases of golf kits offered for sale on this site or through direct online communication.

1. Right of Return (14 Days)

Buyers are offered a voluntary 14-day return period, counted from the date the product is delivered. This return right is provided on a goodwill basis and is not legally mandated for private-to-private sales. To exercise a return, the buyer must notify the seller in writing before the 14-day period expires.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be sent back in substantially the same condition in which they were received. Products must be unused, complete, and free from damage or signs of wear. The seller reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if the item has been used or altered.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product, including shipping, packaging, and insurance (if desired). Items should be returned using a trackable shipping method. The seller is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Refunds

A refund will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

5. Defects or Misdescription

As a private seller, items are sold “as described.” However, if a product is significantly misdescribed or defective in a way not disclosed at the time of purchase, the buyer may contact the seller to discuss an appropriate resolution. Remedies may include a repair, partial refund, or return.

6. Custom or Made-to-Order Items

If any products are made to order or customized specifically for the buyer, they may be excluded from the return right unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Communication

All return requests, questions, or issues should be submitted via email or the communication channel used at the time of purchase. Clear documentation of the order and return request should be provided.

No Affiliation With Third-Party Brands

The Seller has no official relationship with Titleist or any other manufacturer of golf balls or accessories. Any branded components included in a product are purchased independently and used solely as part of the handmade kit. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
