Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all sales of golf kits offered through this website or through direct online communication (the “Services”). By placing an order, the buyer (“the Buyer”) agrees to these Terms.

1. Seller Status

All products are sold by a private individual. The Services are offered on a hobby basis, and therefore consumer protection rules applicable to business-to-consumer transactions do not apply unless expressly stated in these Terms.

2. Products

The products offered are standard golf kits that are handmade. As each item is handcrafted, minor variations in appearance, color, texture, or finish may occur. Such variations are not considered defects.

Product descriptions and photographs are provided for guidance only. The Seller strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee that all details perfectly match the final received product.

2.1 No Affiliation With Third-Party Manufacturers

The Seller has no official affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with Titleist or any other manufacturer of golf balls or related equipment. Any third-party branded items included within a kit are purchased lawfully on the open market and used solely for the purpose of assembling hobby-made products. All trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Ordering

An order is considered accepted once the Buyer receives an order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to decline an order for any reason, such as stock availability, incorrect pricing, or other circumstances.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in SEK unless otherwise specified.

The following payment methods are currently accepted:

• PayPal
  Additional payment methods (such as Klarna or Swish) may be introduced at a later stage. If so, they will be listed at checkout.

Payment must be completed before the order is shipped.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is available within the European Union. The Seller does not ship outside the EU.

Shipping methods and carriers may vary. The Seller does not guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. The Seller is not liable for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

6. Returns and Refunds

A 14-day voluntary return right is offered, counted from the date the Buyer receives the product. This return right is provided on a goodwill basis and is not legally required for private-seller transactions.

The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within the 14-day period to initiate a return. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in substantially the same condition as received.

The Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The Seller recommends using a trackable shipping method. Risk during return transit lies with the Buyer.

A refund will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

7. Defects and Misdescription

The Seller is responsible only for defects that represent a significant deviation from the product description provided at the time of sale.

Handmade variations, minor aesthetic differences, and characteristics inherent to handcrafted production do not constitute defects.

If a genuine defect or misdescription is identified, the Seller may offer an appropriate remedy, such as:

• repair (where feasible),

• replacement (if available), or

• partial refund or full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or third-party claims.

Liability is limited to the price paid for the affected product.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intentional misconduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the Buyer agrees to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation with the Seller.

If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be brought before a Swedish court with appropriate jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

The Seller may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated Terms have been published.
