This Shipping Policy applies to all orders of golf kits placed through this website or through direct online communication.
1. Shipping Regions
Shipping is available within the European Union. The Seller does not ship to destinations outside the EU.
2. Processing Time
Each order is prepared and packaged by hand. Standard processing time is generally 1–3 business days, but may vary depending on order volume, product availability, or other circumstances.
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays.
If a delay is expected, the Buyer will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
3. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using commonly available postal or courier services. The Seller reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier and method for each order.
Specific carriers may vary depending on destination, cost, and availability.
Shipping methods do not include guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout or otherwise communicated before order confirmation.
Unless stated otherwise, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under the Return & Refund Policy.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the carrier’s operational conditions.
Typical delivery ranges within the EU are between several business days to a few weeks.
The Seller cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures (if applicable), strikes, weather, or other factors outside the Seller’s control.
6. Tracking Information
If a tracking number is available for the selected shipping method, it will be provided to the Buyer once the order has been dispatched.
Not all shipping services include tracking.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
The Seller is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the Buyer.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Risk of loss passes to the Buyer once the package is handed over to the carrier.
If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the Buyer must contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
The Seller will assist with information required for a claim, but is not responsible for compensating losses caused by carrier mishandling.
9. Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered delivered once the carrier marks it as delivered to the address provided by the Buyer.
10. No Affiliation With Product Manufacturers
The Seller is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Titleist or any other manufacturer of golf balls or sporting goods. Brand names appearing on third-party items included in an order remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Changes to Shipping Policy
The Seller may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated version has been published.
